緑色透明結晶についてですが・・・
作成の結果では、硫酸第一鉄と硫酸マグネシウムを等モル量混合しました。
微量の希硫酸を添加しておくと、きわめて酸化されにくい溶液になったと思います。
(二週間経っても、何度か加熱しても鉄(III)の沈殿や変色なし)
結晶をゆっくり成長させると、アクアマリンの様な色の透明八面体結晶ができました。
(淡青緑色のミョウバンという感じでとても見映えが良いです)
材料のどちらも食品添加物でできる割に有色結晶で、作成例を見かけないので(あるかもしれませんが)意外と興味深いですね。

どちらの原料も 7水和物の結晶なので構造的に近いのかどうか調べてみたいと思います。
